MSCA was honoured to receive an invitation from Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP) to participate in the Strategic Initiatives Walkabout for the Smart City Action Plan MBPP 2030, held on 22 January 2026 at the Cultural Hall, The TOP Pulau Pinang.
The session was attended by the Chairman, Dr Raslan, together with several MSCA members, (Elix Solution, Bateriku, Sistem Perintis, CALMS Solutions, MPay, and AECA Solutions) providing early exposure to MBPP’s strategic direction and priority initiatives under the Smart City 2030 roadmap.
The engagement served as a platform for knowledge sharing and ecosystem-level discussions, while strengthening MSCA’s visibility and positioning as a collaborative partner in supporting Pulau Pinang’s smart city aspirations.
