Key Highlights:
Majlis Daerah Tapah is currently at Readiness Level 1 and is planning to progress towards Phase 2.
Several parameters are under consideration for enhancement, with current implementations primarily focused on CCTV infrastructure.
The importance of stronger collaboration with local authorities, particularly IT teams, was emphasised to support future initiatives.
