On 24 February 2026, MSCA Chairman, Dr Raslan, attended a meeting with the Perak State Executive Council (EXCO), chaired by YB Mohd Azlan Helmi bin Helmi, Chairman of the State Committee on Communication, Multimedia and NGOs.
The session was also attended by several MSCA members representing Bateriku, IOT Sata, Elix Sdn Bhd, and Loranet Sdn Bhd.
The meeting was held at Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan, Ipoh, Perak.
The discussion focused on exploring potential areas of collaboration towards the realisation of the Perak Smart City Action Plan, as well as accelerating digital transformation initiatives at both the state and local government levels.
