MSCA Chairman, Ts. Dr. Raslan Ahmad, recently represented MSCA at the China–ASEAN Shanghai Pudong Digital Global Cooperation Expo held in Shanghai in conjunction with Shanghai Techweek 2026.
The engagement brought together various regional stakeholders and strategic partners, including the Shanghai Smart City Development Institute, Smart Cities Network, Iskandar Investment Berhad, and Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang.
The participation provided an important platform for MSCA to strengthen its regional presence and explore strategic collaboration opportunities with technology companies and smart city solution providers from China and across ASEAN. Discussions focused on smart city implementation, ecosystem development, and potential areas for cross-border cooperation.
In addition, the programme enabled valuable knowledge sharing and networking opportunities among industry players, policymakers, and organisations committed to advancing smart city development and regional digital collaboration.
