The Malaysia Smart Cities Alliance Association (MSCA) recently supported a session organised by the Malaysian Industry-Government Group for High Technology (MIGHT) under the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) 2026, providing an opportunity for MSCA members to showcase their smart city solutions and capabilities to an international delegation of government officials.
The delegation comprised representatives from 15 countries, including Argentina, Azerbaijan, Brunei, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Lao PDR, Morocco, Myanmar, Namibia, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, Türkiye, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Jordan. The delegates represented various ministries and government agencies covering areas such as energy, environment, climate change, public works, industry and technology.
Through the session, participating MSCA members — Elix Solutions, Mobiva, System Consultancy Services, Map2U and CALMS Technologies, had the opportunity to present their solutions, share their capabilities and engage directly with the international delegates.
MSCA extends its appreciation to the participating members for contributing their time and expertise, as well as to MIGHT for organising and facilitating the session and creating a platform for Malaysian companies to engage with international government representatives.
The engagement reflects MSCA’s continued efforts to connect its members with relevant opportunities beyond Malaysia, while facilitating knowledge exchange, networking and potential business connections within the wider smart city ecosystem.
