MSCA Strengthens Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration Through Engagement with MBSA

admin June 8, 2026 0 Comments

MSCA successfully conducted an engagement session on 4 June 2026 with Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam (MBSA), chaired by Noraznizam Alias. The MSCA delegation was led by its Chairman.

The engagement session provided a platform for constructive discussions on smart city development and potential areas of collaboration that could contribute towards enhancing urban sustainability and community well-being.

In contrast to previous engagements that primarily involved industry stakeholders, this session adopted a broader multi-stakeholder approach by including representatives from the Subang Permai Residents Association. The participation of community representatives enabled valuable grassroots perspectives to be incorporated into discussions on smart city planning and implementation.

Among the key topics discussed were smart farming, smart mobility, and other community-focused initiatives that have the potential to improve quality of life, promote environmental sustainability, and support more resilient urban communities.

The session facilitated meaningful exchanges between local authority representatives, community stakeholders, and industry players, highlighting the importance of collaborative partnerships in advancing smart city initiatives that are both practical and citizen-centric.

MSCA remains committed to fostering strategic collaboration among government, industry, academia, and local communities to accelerate the adoption of smart and sustainable city solutions across Malaysia.
